Chef Kim has honed her skills as a pastry chef for nearly 20 years and looks forward to sharing her gourmet insights and providing you with a memorable experience. As you go through the course, you will unlock your creativity and inspire your inner pastry chef. Even after the class has drawn to a close, you will be able to use your new knowledge to prepare these treats in your own kitchen.

Chef Kim will begin the class with luscious cream puffs followed by profiteroles, a mouthwatering pastry ball. The next course consists of chocolate eclairs that are positively sinful! The piГЁce de rГ©sistance comes in the form of classic herb and cheese gougГЁres.


Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kim was great. She asked if we preferred to watch or if we wanted a hands on course. When we said hands on, she walked us through each step and let us do everything. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, because she left about 45 minutes early and we didn't get to the profiteroles or the gruyГЁre. We made a ton of Г©clairs and cream puffs though! She added a merengue option as a filling that I wasn't expecting, but I was bummed about missing the savory option. If you've never taken a pastry class this was a great first step. It's not like cooking where you can eyeball ingredients and cook and taste, cook more and taste again. You'll measure everything by weight or else it won't come together. Overall exciting class and amazing cream puffs and Г©clairs.

Chef Kim is experienced, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She knows what she's doing and can tell you exactly why it all works together but if you just want to come in and learn how to make AMAZING light and delicious cream puffs you can with this class.

My mom and I took the Cream Puffs, Eclairs and More class and had a great time. Chef Kim is awesome.
