Start off with a tangy albacore poke salad, followed by flavorful blue crab California rolls and nutritious "naruto style" protein rolls. The experience continues with the irresistible duo of salmon and shrimp nigiri. For a fitting grand finale, indulge in ahi sashimi that melts in your mouth along with a delectable yellowtail sashimi.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I cannot explain how much I loved his class. He's such a warm human being and is so PASSIONATE about what he does that it's infectious! I was making hand rolls, and laughing because I was actually doing it! I was actually making a sushi hand roll! What a great class and a GREAT teacher.

Chef Jeff's Sushi classes have been designed for groups of up to 20 people, and give students an authentic sushi experience. Chef Jeff uses his 25 years of sushi experience to teach students how to properly prepare and enjoy sushi.п»ї
