I cannot explain how much I loved his class. He's such a warm human being and is so PASSIONATE about what he does that it's infectious! I was making hand rolls, and laughing because I was actually doing it! I was actually making a sushi hand roll! What a great class and a GREAT teacher.

Chef Jeff's Sushi classes have been designed for groups of up to 20 people, and give students an authentic sushi experience. Chef Jeff uses his 25 years of sushi experience to teach students how to properly prepare and enjoy sushi.
