Cooking Class - International Donuts
$ 89 Per person
all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Try your hand at making three different versions of donuts, from three different countries.
Many countries have their own version of the donut and you'll learn to make three of them in this cooking class. From Italy, you'll fry up your own bomboloni, round balls of fried dough filled with a rich hazelnut-chocolate spread. Next, you'll explore the beignet, a classic French confection coated in powdered sugar. Finally, you'll prepare delicate crullers and finish them with a glossy lemon glaze.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
