WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn the secrets to making elegant French macarons.
This hands-on cooking class covers the fundamental techniques for preparing the beloved macaron. Follow along as the chef demonstrates the process step-by-step, from properly folding your batter to piping smooth, uniform shells. Infuse your treats with signature flavors like vanilla bean with raspberry and white chocolate or the iconic flavors of crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!

Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
