WHAT YOU’LL DO

These macarons are the epitome of French refinement.
From folding the batter to piping glossy shells, this in-depth cooking class covers everything you need to know to prepare classic French macarons. An expert chef demonstrates each technique and shares tips for infusing your treats with signature flavors such as vanilla bean with raspberry and white chocolate buttercream or sophisticated crème brûlée macarons.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Wonderful experience. Food and ingredients were well prepared for the evening of cooking. Instructions were clear and the chef's assistance and information was very helpful in making the cooking experience exceptional. The food was delicious. Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
