In this hands-on cooking class, a talented instructor shares tips and techniques for highlighting your favorite farmers market finds. Learn to balance flavors like an expert chef while honing essential skills such as knife cuts and baking. From refreshing watermelon salad to an innovative blueberry cornbread cobbler, this gourmet menu is full of flavorful surprises.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Booked the class Make Authentic Pizza the Neapolitan Way with Chef Uffe in Naples (North Naples)

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!
