WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare a delicious feast inspired by ingredients found at your local farmer's market.
Embrace the best of the season with a sun-kissed cooking class that highlights fresh farmer’s market ingredients. During this chef-led class, you’ll prepare four dishes that balance sweet, salty, tangy and smoky elements, including a chilled watermelon salad with mint and feta and spaghetti with juicy tomatoes, sweet corn and thick bacon lardons. Cap it all off with a bubbling blueberry cornbread cobbler that’s bursting with berry goodness.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
