Learn to use farm fresh items from your local farmer’s market to give ordinary meals new life; tomatoes become even more delectable with the addition of whipped feta, salmon exceeds expectations with the addition of peppers and onions, and dessert becomes even more heavenly when berries are topped off with cream.

After eight years in the medical field, Chef Kisha decided it just wasn't for her. Two years after completing Stratford University's dual program of advanced culinary arts and hospitality management she started her own personal chef and dessert designer business. Chef Kisha enjoys teaching and spreading her love for desserts and laughter, and the kitchen is a great place to create and learn. She has competed in various competitions to showcase her culinary skills and talent, and has won many awards.

Chef Kisha provided a top notch Cozymeal experience! Despite icy roads she arrived at our place right on time, and she was extremely fun yet professional for the entire evening. I learned how to sear salmon, which was my main goal, and my wife enjoyed the delicious/nutritious meal. My biggest surprise was how much we savored Chef Kisha's extremely simple appetizer of fresh tomatoes on baked rosemary crostini. As a school teacher, I was also very impressed with how Chef Kisha kept things flowing (building in time for us to eat while she finished dessert) and wrapped her class up right at the 3 hour time! Overall an excellent experience, and we hope to see Chef Kisha on the Food Network one day! :) Matt P. (Vienna, VA)
