This gourmet cooking class highlights the timeless charm of provincial French cuisine with a refined, yet approachable menu. Guided by the chef, you’ll practice essential techniques such as pan-roasting chicken and developing flavorful sauces. Follow along with the instructor to craft savory tomato and goat cheese tarts. Finish with silky pots de crème.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!

Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together. The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
