This interactive cooking class channels the exuberant elegance of Bastille Day celebrations with a selection of classically French recipes. Upgrade your culinary prowess with advanced techniques from baking savory gougères to enhancing seared scallops with capers, lemon and a rich brown butter sauce. For the grand finale, you’ll master the art of the crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!
