WHAT YOU’LL DO

Spark a revolution in your own kitchen with this French Bastille Day culinary session.
In celebration of Bastille Day, what could be more apt than shaking things up in your own kitchen with this dedicated cooking class? In it, you'll add more than a few strings to your culinary bow, mastering delectable French recipes like bacon, thyme and gruyère gougères, seared scallops with capers, lemon and brown butter sauce and a salad with endives, radicchio, toasted hazelnuts and Champagne vinaigrette. And what could be more fitting for a French class than crème brûlée for dessert?
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
