What You’ll Do

Create a mouthwatering Mexican feast completely from scratch with Chef Tanya.

Master techniques and recipes for an authentic Mexican feast brimming with fresh flavors and exquisite ingredients in this interactive cooking class. Chef Tanya will teach you culinary skills and dishes that you can easily remake time and time again.

The meal begins with mini black bean cakes spiked with zesty lime, cumin and cilantro and topped with rich sour cream. For the main course, you'll create decadent coconut shrimp tacos paired with handmade tortillas and your choice of fresh avocado salsa or pineapple mango salsa. For dessert, whip up a creamy flan.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time with Chef Tanya! She clearly enjoys teaching cooking and she is very personable as well! The Coconut Shrimp were a big hit with everyone. I would highly recommend Chef Tanya for anyone interested in a cooking class and a fun evening!

Absolutely perfect! We had so much fun and the food was amazing!! Loved it!!
