WHAT YOU’LL DO

Transport yourself to the islands of Hawaii for a culinary journey.
Experience the vibrant flavors of Hawaii in this tropical cooking class. Begin by grilling pineapple to enhance its natural sweetness for a fresh salad. Then, prepare Kalua pork sliders topped with a zesty spicy slaw. Embrace tradition by crafting spam musubi, wrapping the iconic canned meat in seaweed and rice. End on a refreshing note with homemade strawberry-banana daiquiri ice cream, bringing a sweet island touch to your feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
