Begin your culinary journey by preparing a tantalizing and nutritious farmer’s market salad, followed by savory oven roasted vegetables. Continue with a flavorful quinoa stuffed bell pepper. For dessert, you will be preparing a decadent fresh fruit and lemon curd tartlette.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fun experience! I've taken a variety of cooking classes over the years, but always small group classes. It was so nice to have a private class at my home with Chef Ryan. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but also just an all-around nice guy. It was so much fun learning to make chocolates from Ryan - especially the handpainted molded chocolates. I learned so much and am inspired to make them on my own, as Chef Ryan showed how easy it can be (though of course, it would take years of practice, as well as artistic ability, to get to the level of Chef Ryan's beautiful chocolates).
