Chef Gaspare was born in the province of Naples and with his expert guidance, you will be taken through each step of the preparation process in a fun and intimidation-free environment.

Your class begins by preparing a zesty wild green salad. Continue by creating savory linguine with delectable saffron prawns. Such a culinary experience would not be complete without an equally decadent dessert, and you will learn to prepare a mouthwatering tiramisu. Even after the class concludes, you will be able to take your new culinary skills home with you to delight friends and family again and again.

I am Italian, from the bay of Naples so I specialize in southern Italian comfort food with an emphasis on fresh, simple ingredients and seafood. I spent 25 years as a chef on merchant marine ships with Italian crews. I came to the Seattle area in 1989 and fell in love with the natural beauty here. I opened my first restaurant in 1993, then 2 more, all featuring rustic southern Italian comfort food.

We signed up for this cooking class and It was Incredible :-) We had awesome Italian cuisine with Chef Gaspare. Best gift ever!!! I highly recommend it to EVERYONE looking for a fun cooking class in the Seattle region.

My experience with Chef Gaspare was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and talkative, made my family and I really comfortable. The kids helped him to cook and he taught us valuable things about our menu. We had a blast! The meal was unbelievably tasty and dessert was outstanding!! We love the experience and chef Gaspare. We really enjoyed our evening with Chef Gaspare. The meal was delicious (we made it again a few weeks later!) and Chef Gaspare was great! I recommend this as a fun date night or anniversary celebration.
