WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring your mom along to this extravagant brunch featuring All-Clad products.
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a special brunch in this fun and interactive cooking class. Using your favorite All-Clad tools, you’ll create a light, fluffy soufflé pancake, topped with tangy lemon syrup and fresh blackberries. Challenge yourself by mastering eggs Benedict, a classic dish with a twist. Pair these with a savory bacon and leek potato hash, and finish off with a rich, sweet maple latte to round out your perfect meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
