What You’ll Do

Pay homage to your favorite Mediterranean flavors with a hearty Italian feast.

Pork chops with sage and parsley pesto pair perfectly with duck fat and rosemary roast potatoes. A shaved radish, fennel and herb salad brightens the plate with piquant flavors, and if that doesn't cleanse the palate, a scoop of roasted strawberry basil ice cream is sure to do the trick.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
