WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft a traditional spring-inspired French feast.
Experience the essence of springtime in France during this immersive cooking class. You'll start by preparing classic pan-seared salmon, carefully bathed in a luxurious white wine pan sauce. Your expert chef will then guide you through grilling green beans to tender perfection, topped with tarragon and chive butter. For dessert, perfect your whisking technique as you create a light and airy lemon mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
