WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn to make diverse breads from Europe at this skills-boosting session.
Discover the secrets to making a gourmet choice of delicious breads at this hands-on cooking class. The chef tutor will guide you through the whole process of making a dough, shaping, proving and baking to get a perfect crust and texture as you cook pesto rolls, focaccia with rosemary and speedy Irish soda bread.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It was great. Never have been so full! I was the only "solo" person there & wa very included. There was plenty of lobster, the brioche was to die for!, & even the dessert (for someone who doesnt like blueberries), was exceptional. Everything was super easy & even as a seasoned at-home cook, I have always learned several things.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.
