WHAT YOU’LL DO

Take a delicious journey through the signature dishes of the New England coast.
With an emphasis on hearty food and big flavours, this cooking class will teach you to recreate the most popular plates from New England. You’ll start by preparing classic crab cakes paired with a tangy aioli. Then, you'll practice key kitchen skills as you make buttermilk coleslaw and a crustless blueberry pie.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We actually had Chef Dylan and he was fantastic. The Chicken Gratin was delicous and we are eager to get the recipies to try at home.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
