WHAT YOU’LL DO

East Coast coziness comes to your dining room table.
Get acquainted with the East Coast traditions of New England in a cooking class that puts the focus on domestic American fare. Learn regional techniques for creating fresh crab cakes, assemble a creamy buttermilk coleslaw, bake a crustless blueberry pie and mix up cranberry limeade, all made from scratch with guided instruction from a local superstar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
