You will be preparing classic Mexican dishes while learning to incorporate cashews and coconut milk to create mouthwatering cream sauces and whipped cream. Additionally, all items on the menu are vegan and gluten-free.

Your experience begins by learning to create luscious corn and zucchini fritters, followed by succulent spinach and mushroom enchiladas. Complete your culinary journey with a heavenly chocolate Pot de Creme.

Amazing experience! We learned so much. I can't wait to impress my friends with delicious vegan food. Chef Robin has a passion for teaching. Definitely will take her lessons again. The menu and recipe were detailed yet easy to understand. The ingredients can be found in the neighborhood grocery. With the instructions I can recreate it in my own kitchen. The kitchen was clean and spacious. Lots of room to do hands-on learning.

I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with the vegan Mexican cooking class with Chef Robin and it was amazing! She was a great, friendly host and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend!
