Explore a nutritious new twist on authentic Mexican dishes with the expert guidance of Chef Robin, who brings her years of experience and love for cooking to you in a personalized environment that is free from intimidation. You will be preparing classic Mexican dishes while learning to incorporate cashews and coconut milk to create mouthwatering cream sauces and whipped cream. Additionally, all items on the menu are vegan and gluten-free.

Your experience begins by learning to create luscious corn and zucchini fritters, followed by succulent spinach and mushroom enchiladas. Complete your culinary journey with a heavenly chocolate Pot de Creme.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The menu and recipe were detailed yet easy to understand. The ingredients can be found in the neighborhood grocery. With the instructions I can recreate it in my own kitchen.
