Experience a fun night in Italy as you learn the art of making fresh pasta and dive into Italian culinary culture in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Tiff will guide you through the process of preparing delicious dishes using different types of flour and traditional techniques.

Start with roasted eggplant topped with a spicy arrabbiata sauce, ricotta and fresh basil. Then, learn to make homemade ravioli filled with mushroom, spinach and goat cheese, drizzled in a creamy avocado sauce. Enjoy a refreshing bib salad with pickled radish, cherry tomato and Champagne shallot vinaigrette. Finish with a classic crГЁme brГ»lГ©e with a caramelized crunch. My friends and I had a fantastic time with Chef Tiff. Chef Tiff was extremely knowledgeable but also made the evening fun, and her crГЁme brГ»lГ©e was absolutely incredible!

Chef Tiff was awesome. We learned so much and the food was excellent. Highly recommend. We couldnt keep the spring rolls on the plate as we were devouring them so quickly
