WHAT YOU’LL DO

Treat your little chef to a professional-chef led series of sessions.
Inspire your favorite mini master chef with a five-day cooking class exploring sweet and savory dishes. Specially designed for ages 7-11, these sessions will give kids a thorough grounding in cooking, baking and kitchen techniques including making fresh pasta, preparing vegetables and tempering chocolate all while following fundamental food and kitchen safety principles.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wonderful experience. Food and ingredients were well prepared for the evening of cooking. Instructions were clear and the chef's assistance and information was very helpful in making the cooking experience exceptional. The food was delicious. Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
