An expert chef will show you the secrets to making rich, buttery brioche dough and transform it into wonderful creations like an elegant chocolate brioche babka served with brewed coffee. Next craft savory herb and cheese brioche rolls and master kneading, proofing and baking to golden perfection. Book today!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
