WHAT YOU’LL DO

Put that knife set to good use.
If you've ever wanted to master expert cutting techniques, this cooking class is for you. Join a gourmet chef to learn basic safety skills, sharpening techniques and precise cuts. You'll master slicing, dicing, chopping, julienning and more. Practice by preparing a marinated cucumber salad, rice paper rolls, ginger chicken scallion lo mein and green tea ice cream with orange supremes. Take home a nonslip cutting board ($34.95 value).
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
