Couples Cooking Class - Chicken Saucing for 2

Chef Dave was great! The recipes were delicious and he was very friendly and comfortable. Will definitely be taking his classes again!

I was there for the dessert class and really enjoyed the experience of learning decorative techniques when serving certain desserts. Staff was very warm, friendly, and encouraging. A great opportunity to connect with strangers too. Overall a very fun evening. I would recommend any of the cooking activities.

Did the cooking demonstration with the Chef. Great class and then we got to eat the Clean Chicken Cacciatore that we made. Chef Dave is great. Loved the experience.

Chef Dave really knows what he is doing and this comes to no surprise since, prior to offering cooking classes, he worked as an executive chef for around 20 years. He has prepared almost every dish, has his own creation of several dishes, and in my experience of having worked with many chefs, he is one of the most knowledgable in how to make good sauces. This was a fantastic cooking class with the highlight certainly being the sauce for the chicken.

Chef Dave was an executive chef at Marriot for many years and clearly knows how to cook. He is kind and patient and the class is well organized with neat workstations for each student and overhead mirrors to more easily follow the demonstrations. Twelve years ago Chef Dave won an award for his ‘Strawberry Taco’ and it is well deserved. This simple dessert is simply delicious, light and sweet with the fresh taste of cinnamon and fresh strawberry. Yum. Chef Dave’s wife is the CEO of his company and his daughter acts as his assistant “We just said Dad if you love to teach, just do it” she tells me sweetly.

Cooking with Chef Dave and his assistant was such a delightful experience! My husband and I had an enjoyable time being able to eat what we cooked--yummy fun!

The cooking class was a very enjoyable experience. Chef Dave was great. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will definitely do this again.
