WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to recreate authentic hibachi techniques in your own kitchen.
If you've always wanted to learn how to prepare restaurant-style hibachi cuisine, this cooking class is the place to start. Under the guidance of a gourmet chef, you'll prepare various grilled recipes. Start by slicing and dicing meat and vegetables for chicken teriyaki and veggie-fried rice. Serve with a salad topped with ginger-orange dressing. Dessert is a decadent ginger crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
