WHAT YOU’LL DO

Add the spicy flavors of authentic Szechuan cuisine to your home routine.
Plan a southwestern Chinese menu with the help of this cooking class. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn how to combine spices, fold noodles and make traditional sauces. Start by preparing pork wontons in chili oil sauce and making Dan Dan noodles. Master the art of the wok with fried green beans. Enjoy a classic glass of milk tea with your creations.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
