WHAT YOU’LL DO

Pick up tips for creating a variety of puff pastry recipes.
Explore the joy of puff pastry dough from scratch in this cooking class. Under the guidance of an esteemed pastry chef, you'll learn how to mix, whisk, form and fill three delicious laminated pastries. Master techniques for shaping classic cinnamon sugar palmiers and filling cherry turnovers. On the savory side, you'll also prepare caramelized onion and Gruyère tartlets.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
