We had a great time with Chef Andy! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We did the Vegan Chinese Takeout class. This is a great class for beginner and experienced vegans alike. Chef Andy did a great job of adapting to the varied skill levels in our group.

Chef Andy's class was wonderful! He was informative, engaging, highly flexible, and most importantly patient. Our group of 30 had a blast and we would take another one of his class. I couldn't recommend his class enough.
