WHAT YOU’LL DO

Plan a Cajun feast for your next birthday party, anniversary or special event.
Dive into Big Easy flavors with this cooking class focused on authentic recipes. Under the step-by-step guidance of an esteemed chef, you'll learn knife skills, prep techniques and ingredient-sourcing advice. Learn how to fry popcorn shrimp to crispy perfection. Simmer a hearty chicken and sausage gumbo to serve with dirty rice. Make classic bananas Foster for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
