WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to create sophisticated meals using wine country’s freshest ingredients.
In this cooking class, you'll explore the tastes of wine country with a menu designed to impress. Learn how to create a perfectly seared fillet with red wine and shallot sauce, paired with a vibrant spinach salad with roasted beets and goat cheese. Roasted fingerling potatoes with rosemary complete the savory dishes, while poached pears with crème Anglaise offer a sweet ending. Bring the elegance of wine country cooking back home to your own kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The resident chef was great. The class however was overbooked. 4 people to a table was at least one maybe two too many. We paid to learn and practice the skills and techniques and we really only got to do half of the experience due to sharing the space and duties.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by! It would have been nice to have our own table to work with but still lovely working with the other pair next to us
