Warm up with this winter farmers market cooking class featuring delicious seasonal flavors. Make creamy polenta with a hearty wild mushroom ragù, a crisp blood orange hazelnut fennel salad and roasted carrot tartlets that make the most of winter's bounty. End your meal on a high note with tangy tangerine champagne sorbet. This class will inspire you to make the most of the season’s freshest ingredients.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef was great and the meal was delicious. I was told we'd receive the recipe in our emails though and I still haven't seen it.
