What You’ll Do

Discover vibrant spices and timeless techniques in a traditional Persian cooking experience.

Discover the rich, aromatic flavors of Persian cuisine through the vibrant menu in this cooking class. Begin with a refreshing chopped cucumber and tomato salad with fresh mint, followed by crispy Persian rice, known as Tahdig, with its signature golden crust. Then, learn the secrets of grilling tender saffron chicken kabobs, infused with delicate spices. Finish on a sweet note with delicate cream puffs filled with luscious pistachio cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Wonderful experience making different types of pasta and a salad with friends. This class had a lot of people but we each had our own workstation and learned a lot. Time flew by. Will definitely come back to do another class!
