You'll learn the basics of mixing and rolling egg pasta dough. Then, Chef Andrea will show you how to use kale, milk, paprika and other natural dyes to inspire your inner artist as you craft impressive edible masterpieces perfect for holiday gatherings, special events and seasonal celebrations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We love taking this class with chef Andrea, he taught us how to build our dough, gives us tips to be successful and we had such an amazing time learning how to make our own ravioli!! Highly recommend this experience chef is so kind and sweet, plus we got to try an amazing dessert! Can’t wait to take the advance class
