What You’ll Do

Create an authentic Italian meal full of rich, traditional flavors.

Explore the timeless and unchanged methods of pasta-making during this hands-on cooking class. Chef Karen is eager to guide you through a three-course menu filled with exquisite dishes.

You'll learn to balance flavors while crafting a Caesar salad complete with homemade dressing and Parmesan cheese ribbons. Then, moving on to the main course, you'll master the basics of kneading, rolling, cutting and shaping fettuccine pasta like Italians do before creating a wonderfully rich Bolognese sauce. Finally, to wrap up the class, you'll prepare a vanilla bean panna cotta topped with a divine seasonal fruit compote.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
