Learn how to create iconic dishes inspired by celebrated chef Gordon Ramsey.

This experience was designed to entertain and pleasure gourmands and serious Gordon Ramsey enthusiasts alike. Chef Ronny will demonstrate how to recreate Ramsey’s signature gourmet cuisine in this partially hands-on class.

This culinary tour begins with a silken, saffron-laced mussel soup, followed by expertly seared tender scallops complemented by fresh fennel and ginger. The next course features buttery Sonoma foie gras stuffed cabbage accented with delicate duck confit. Next, Chef Ronny unveils the magic of sous vide with a 96-hour beef roast served in a lavish sweet mole sauce. The meal concludes with roasted grapefruit terrine studded with earl grey ice cream.

Chef Ronny knows what he's doing. He has great knowledge behind the apron, and he's more than willing to share that with you. His cuisine is outstanding, and I cannot rave about the pork belly enough. It had deep flavor, and was unbelievably tender and moist. The perfect texture. Chef Ronny is a true craftsman in the kitchen, I highly recommend his classes.

Chef Ronny's cooking class blew me away! I enjoyed how even though it wasn't completely hands on, we still learned a lot in a short amount of time. Chef Ronny is extremely knowledgable and passionate about food. My favorite part of the class was learning how to plate different dishes and making something delicious look beautiful as well. I am looking forward to my next class!
