WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring the rich flavors of a classic Spanish paella into your kitchen
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll craft a genuine paella from start to finish. A chef instructor will guide you through the real Spanish ingredients that give paella its distinctive flavor. You'll discover how to build the flavor base and the key to cooking rice to perfection each time. Along with honing your knife skills and sautéing techniques, you'll learn the essentials for making paella in your own kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Wonderful experience. Food and ingredients were well prepared for the evening of cooking. Instructions were clear and the chef's assistance and information was very helpful in making the cooking experience exceptional. The food was delicious. Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
