WHAT YOU’LL DO

Give a classic meal a fresh twist in this hands-on experience.
This year, impress your family with a fresh take on Thanksgiving food with this interactive cooking class. Led by a world-class chef, you’ll try your hand a creating a turchetta, an Italian-style porchetta turkey breast filled with stuffing and prosciutto. After that, you’ll create green beans, sweet potatoes and mini pecan pies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
