WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore a world of Italian classics in this hands-on class.
If you want to unlock the mysteries of fresh Italian cuisine, check out this interactive cooking class. With instruction from a world-class chef, you’ll learn how to create classics like olive braised pork chops, fresh pici pasta complete with red sauce entirely from scratch, and a sweet honey ricotta cheesecake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
