What You’ll Do

Join Chef Zoran, aka the Cakemaker, for an interactive lesson in French baking.

In this special cooking class, you’ll work in teams of 3-5 to create spectacular cake elements from airy sponges to decadent creams. Renowned Chef Zoran shares tips from 20 years of baking experience as you practice the fundamental processes behind iconic French pastries.

Known for European wedding cakes and specialty desserts, the chef teaches time-honored methods for making light and fluffy Genoise sponge. Working together with the chef's guidance, you'll create the delicate meringue layers of a Dacquoise cake and fill your creations with two signature French creams: velvety crГЁme patisserie and rich diplomat cream. With these essential techniques, you can create an impressive array of stunning French desserts.
