WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor a Mediterranean Feast.
Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine take centre stage in this hands-on cooking class. You'll explore classic dishes like chicken seasoned with za'atar, a selection of refreshing herb based sides and for dessert, custard made with pistachio milk. Guided by a skilled chef, you'll learn essential techniques for crafting these flavorful dishes and discover how to balance herbs and spices to create a delicious Mediterranean feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
