WHAT YOU’LL DO

Pumpkins feature in so many delicious desserts, why not learn to make them!
Celebrate the gourd of the season in this Fall cooking class. Pumpkin blends beautifully into so many autumnal dishes, but there is nothing quite like pumpkin based desserts! Get your pumpkin fix in this class dedicated to creating three deliciously decadent fall sweet treats as you upgrade your culinary skills, from ice cream making to soufflé baking, all with this beloved ingredient.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We actually had Chef Dylan and he was fantastic. The Chicken Gratin was delicous and we are eager to get the recipies to try at home.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
