What You’ll Do

Explore the rich flavors of a French Fall

Celebrate the warming flavors of the French countryside in autumn with a hands-on cooking class showcasing classic French techniques and seasonal ingredients. A chef instructor will walk you through everything, from pan-frying chicken to prepping produce for a comforting sauce. You’ll caramelize shallots to perfection and pair them with creamy melted Brie for a delectable dish. Finally, end with a bittersweet chocolate mousse enriched with the citrusy notes of orange.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
