Infuse a little sweetness into your fall with the recipes in this chef-led cooking class. Combine fresh ingredients to make a flaky tart dough and master the technique to roll and shape it before filling the shell with sweet ingredients. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.

Good instructions for the recipes. Should be clear that you’ll be standing for several hours and no seats are available.

The facility is nice. The instructor was a little mechanical (vs. engaging). The recipes were good although a bit rushed/little chance to actually try/make the sauces. Would have preferred an opportunity to sit down and eat, vs. standing and feeling rushed out the door

We were told that we would receive copies of the recipes that were presented and that has not happened. The class was fun and recipes very good.

The class was way over crowded. There was no seating at all. The class was alright for absolute beginners in the kitchen, but I don't feel like I got my money's worth.

I got my wife and daughter the macaroon class for Mother's day. They both have not stopped talking about how great it was and that they want to do more classes. The wife was adament that I join her as well. Be prepared husbands, if you do this you WILL be buying more classes for her.

This was a great experience where I got to meet People who wanted the same thing as me. An experience where we can come together and cook ! We will definitely come back :)

This experience was ok but there were a lot of issues. The pin for the location was wrong. So our group went to the wrong place at first. The people seemed flustered we were there. No one told us that there was a limit to the alcohol and they were perplexed with the amount we brought. They also had issue with us putting drinks in the refrigerator. None of this was told to us beforehand. Also, the people at the front desk told me we should have booked through them and not through Cozymeal. As an out of towner booking a corporate event, I found this through the internet. This interaction was off putting. Our chef was not Miguel - it was Kelly. At first the chef was a little flustered and not friendly but she did warm up and we ended up having a good time. Overall this experience was a B-

Enjoyed the Chef and the experience. Wished we could have learned more about the baking, filling and icing parts as we spent the majority of our time making decorations out of fondant, and while we did learn about fondant, really that part could have been 5 minutes of the class. Now that I understand what to expect I wouldn’t take another class.

Chef Miguel was excellent. We did expect to have our own materials to work with vice working with another pair. Specially the part when mixing the wet and dry ingredients together, the most critical part of making the macarons. Perhaps it’s because we came in late. Willing to try another class but I expect to have our/my own stuff to work with and learn with.

Chef Miguel did a great job and we really enjoyed his class. However I didn't realize this was just a sur la table cooking class. I've done their classes before and don't enjoy their group style of cooking classes as much. I prefer classes where each person does the dish from start to finish. We got lucky and there were only 2 other people in the class so our experience was pretty good. But if this was a full class of 16, I would not have enjoyed it as much and it would have been a 3 star review. It needs to be made clear what people are purchasing.

Kelly did such an amazing job. She made class interesting fun and taught us good techniques to apply. I will definitely return for another class. We drove 4 hours for the cooking class. We arrived a little late I feel a little more details to the instructions on where to find the class would of been more helpful. But overall it was an amazing experience and class. Me and my husband enjoyed it.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
