WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of crafting sweet and savory croissants from scratch in this hands-on workshop.
Discover the art of croissant making during this engaging cooking class. Learn the techniques for preparing laminated dough, and perfect your rolling, shaping, and proofing skills. By the end of the class, you’ll take home a variety of delicious, freshly baked croissants to enjoy.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
