WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore seasonal cooking during a hands-on culinary adventure.
In this cooking class, you'll get a taste of the season's bounty and create a selection of seasonal dishes. A chef will guide you as you prepare stuffed grilled chicken with prosciutto and creamy fontina cheese, try your hand at cooking polenta and balance the explore the flavors of butternut squash. You'll finish by making a pecan bar dessert topped with a delightful crumble topping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
