Omakase represents one of the most popular formats for serving sushi and this in-person cooking class is your opportunity to learn the craft. Let Chef Pao introduce you to the heritage behind these sumptuous selections in a session brimming with delicious tradition.

Learn to create a fresh edamame salad before practicing the essentials for transforming fresh fish and seafood elements into sashimi and nigiri. You'll also make your own California roll and whip up fun mochi ice cream for dessert. Book today!

We made the handmade sushi and more experience for my wife's birthday and we had an amazing time. We enjoyed learning how to make some of the food that we loved to eat. Chef Pao was so patient in answering all of the questions that we had and where we could buy the food to make the sushi in the future. Chef made it a very memorable and enjoyable night for us to celebrate a birthday. Definitely would recommend!
